At The Saree Box, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent 3-Day Return Policy as described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

    • With all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Sarees or products that have been used, washed, or altered

    • Clearance / sale items (unless defective or damaged)

    • Customized / made-to-order products

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at karthik.thesareebox@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide approval and pickup instructions if eligible.

  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excluding bank processing time).

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/damaged item.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order after your return is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).
